Return & Refund Policy

At BABA JAAN MART, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 4 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Proof of purchase may be required.

Return Conditions

If the package remains unopened and the customer no longer wishes to keep the product, a return request may be submitted within 4 days of delivery.
If the package has been opened, any return or exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the wrong item was delivered.
